Double room single use (1 guest) with private bathroom: € 60,00 to € 80,00
Double room double use (2 guest) with private bathroom: € 80,00 to € 100,00
Double room triple use (3 guest) with private bathroom: € 100,00 to € 120,00
Double room quadruple use (4 guest) with private bathroom: € 120,00 to € 140,00

Prices include italian breakfast, water and energy consumption, taxes and cleaning service.

Children less than 3 years are welcome and free.

Sorry, due to spaces organization we can’t host your pets.

Smokers are welcome too, provided thet they use only the garden.

We can’t consider valid reservations without key money (depot) to credit on Paypal.
Depot is equivalent to 50% of the entire amount of your stay, the left 50% will be payed by cash at the check-in
Changes/cancellations: at least 15 days advance notice is requested to cancel the reservation only loosing the depot, other wise we will charge your credit card whit the price of the entire stay.

No show penalties: we will charge your credit card with the price of the entire stay.
